1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available pan-India. You can also pay online via UPI/Cards at checkout for additional discounts.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders dispatch in 24–48 hours. Metro deliveries take 2–4 days, and all other areas take 4–6 business days.

3. What if the size doesn't fit me?

We have a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy. Simply email us at support@montelino.co.in with your Order ID.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link with AWB number will be sent directly to your registered WhatsApp and email.
