7-Day Easy Exchange Policy

At MONTE LINO, we want you to love your fit. If your garment doesn't fit the way you like, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to Raise an Exchange:

  1. Drop an email to support@montelino.co.in with your Order ID and the size you want in exchange.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once quality checked, your replacement piece will be dispatched immediately.
